How do you remember the cardinal signs?

I got to look this up, is there an easy way to remember?

HIPER:

H: heat

I: induration

P: pain

E: edema

R: redness

I learned this for the exam……….Hope it helps!

Thanks you guys, but I am talking about when the baby comes out. descent etc......aren't those the cardinal signs?? I really need to study...
