How profitable are you to your practice?

Specializes in Step-Down Vascular, Renal, ESRD.

I have just started with an internal medicine group. I want to make sure I show them I can be profitable to the group. What is considered "good" after the salary, benefits, CME and all that. 50, 60, 100k? What? We only bill on visit codes alone. No labs, tests, etc. Have to make over $30k a month to get a bonus? Leading to 360k a year. As a new grad, what is reasonable to show my physician that I am doing well. Thanks in advance. :)
