:nuke: I have done most of my prereq's with 2 to go. How long after I graduate and work as an LVN will I need to do before attempting to enroll in an online lvn to rn program?:nuke:

I think you can get started with your studies - at Excelsior anyway - right after becoming a licensed LVN. Although, I have heard some discouragment from doing so. I think if you continue to work as an LPN full time, while going to school for RN, this should get to reasonable experience by the time you're ready to become and RN.

My coworker is an LVN who attends Tarleton State University's LVN-to-BSN program full time during the week while working full time on Saturday and Sunday. The LVN-to-BSN at Tarleton State is 2 years long, though it's not an online program. For this school you'll need 1 year of LVN experience.
