How long is the CES of CGFNS

All fees are on the CGFNS website. Regarding processing times well that will all depend on how orerly they recieve your documents but averaging I think 4 months but that is a rough estimate

they will start reviewing your records for CES once they receive the payment and the last document then start counting for 8 weeks. be sure that all the documents are submitted the soonets possible time.

There are not specific CES applications for different states, they all use the same one.

And average wait time is four months from when you start the procedure, providing that your other documents are received in a timely fashion.

I know that documents such as TOR, RLE breakdown,etc should be submitted by the school,but is it ok if I will be the one to send it? I mean they will just have to put it in an envelope with a seal then i'll place it in a DHL envelope? they utilized ordinary mail and I'm afraid that it could get lost.

As long as it is in a sealed envelope from the school or the PRC and you then place it in a courier envelope, there is not going to be any problem with them accepting it.

atlast after 2 months and 3 weeks of waiting my order status says " ready for final review". for the license validation and school validation, "meets all program requirement". but i have question though, on the issued report part, it says "waiting for approval" w/c means Waiting for the applicant to meet all the program requirements for the selected service and to be issued either a certificate or report. it causes me confusion because i thought i have met the program requiremetns. the reason why i cant leave the phils is because of my worry that CGFNS will reject my documents and no one will be able to go to my school and resend it again because we are leaving as a family. and i dont expect that my distant relatives will do a favor of resending it for me.

All I can say on my CES was until it was issued and after several months of contacting them to say they have everything and what was the delay was waiting for approval. Who knows how they work but is better to wait before going anywhere in case of problems

I think they do a final check before they issue the certificate/validation.

I would wait a couple more weeks and then ring them if nothing has changed.

They are way behind everything, so it might easily take another month or so.

I have read in some threads that the average waiting time for CES is 4 months. I have used the 2 months, so I will have to wait for another 2 months or so for the issued report?

Yes, can be, but as I said, ring them after a couple of weeks, so they can flag your file up. And maybe give you a better idea of the waiting time.
