Hi! I'm looking into travel nursing, but I've been so overwhelmed by the number of agencies out there! Any advice on where to start? I've been into some agency websites; they all seem to say the same thing (pick where you want to go, great pay, housing, or housing compensation, pets allowed, go as full time or part time, etc.). Any advice would be appreciated!

Part time? Never heard an agency say that before.
Agencies are hard to sort out. And each one is good for some travelers but not others. They are definitely different! You might select one based on your rapport with the recruiter as the recruiter can make a bigger difference to your assignment than just a particular brand. Give several a try, not all will actually be able to deliver what they promise at any given time so you need several on board. Talk to a few more, and you will begin to sort out sales talk from the real thing. Lurk on traveler forums such as this one and read between the lines on the kudos (rare) and the complaints about agencies to learn which ones might suit you.

Go with the recruiter that delivers.
