How to go about studying for the PN-Exam using ExamCram.

I have the (2nd Edition of Exam Cram Nclex-PN) and I am trying to get a good approach on how to go about studying this. Do I read through page by page of the exam cram book or can I just start answering questions on the cd? And I just looked online at amazon.com and there is "ExamCram nclex-pn second edition. Succeed with topical reviews, practice exams, and preparation tools" (which I have) and then there is one called "ExamCram nclex-pn second edition, practice questions"... ummm which one do you recommend? I am just so lost I don't know how to study using this book.

I would start by reading and digesting the topical reviews, the content. Once that has had a good going over, start in doing question after question, studying the rationales for each. Good luck.
