Hi all, I have 2 years acute inpatient rehab experience and about 6 months ICU experience. I work at a hospital in SoCal, which is a teaching hospital/level 1 trauma center. I'm planning to move to the Bay Area around June this year (by then I will have had 1 year ICU experience and 3 yrs nursing experience total). Just wondering what you guys think are my chances on getting an ICU or stepdown ICU/tele or ER job in the bay area with the experience I have? Regarding the ICU experience, I will have had 1 year ICU experience by the time I plan to move. I'm open to find work around San Francisco/San Jose/Santa Cruz/Mountain View area, preferably not east bay.

Buddy of mine got a job at sj regional er with only a year er experience. If I ever move back up I'm banking on my connections all over the bay more than my pretty cv.
