Hi Everyone!
Does anyone know how I should go about getting my Michigan licence? I am a new grad in Ontario and have written and passed the NCLEX. I've tried to do my own research but it's unclear as to what paperwork/documents I need to send out to get my licence.
What is the difference between RN by exam and RN by endorsement?
If anyone could send me a link to a website with the forms needed to get my licence that would be awesome!

RN by exam is that you are taking the NCLEX in MI to become a licensed RN in MI. RN by endorsement is when you already hold your RN license in a different state and are applying for another license in MI.
I'm not familiar with the process of obtaining your license in MI when you hold a current license in Canada. Calling the MI BON might be more informative.

I think you will really have to contact the BON. Usually endorse is if you have a license in another state but you are from another country. They may require you to follow initial application and then get the college to confirm your NCLEX results
Thank you everyone! I called the Michigan BON and they were able to give me more information.
