How to Endorse Compact to Non Compact RN License?

Does anyone know how to endorse a RN License from Compact to Non Compact State?

I am a RN here in Texas and planning to endorse to Hawaii BON. I don't know where to start and how to do it. I am an International Nurse, i did my Credential Evaluate before i took the exam.

If anyone knows, Please share your knowledge. It will be a big help. Thank you and God Bless

The website is confusing. lol I tried calling them but its hard to get through.

It seems pretty straightforward to me. There is a .pdf document with instructions on applying by endorsement. You need to get fingerprinted, then you need to submit everything and follow the instructions in the document. What are you not understanding?

Yeah i saw that, the thing is im an international nurse which mean i graduated outside US. i was wondering if i still need to submit another CES to Hawaii BON? I already submitted to Texas BON before i took the exam.

Suggest contacting the BON. You may need CES report but if approved by another state the document indicates it should be ok
