Not usually at work, but before work and after work.
I work 1500-2300
I wake up and I am always stressed prior to my shift. Like I am like "man what will happen this shift? Another fall? A code? A family yelling at me? Management fully enforcing their power"?
After work: Not as stressed since its over but then I am thinking about the next day and I am thinking "did I do everything correct? Will night shift find a mistake and report me"? I tend not to sleep so I take melatonin supplements to help with this when I arrive home around 2330.
Mind you I have only been a Nurse for 9 months.

Meditate on the idea that it isn't going to help anything to worry about any of this stuff.
You're not going to do everything to everyone's satisfaction all the time. Aim for doing the best you can given the circumstances, whatever they may be.
Then realize that you don't control other people and their problems are not yours. You're there to use your professional skills and knowledge to help other people with their problems, within your role, as best you can.
If management is having problems, those are their problems. Don't choose to be miserable because of their problems.
If any of these other things you are worried about happen, you'll deal with it.
