I called Oregon BON, and they said they can't send my NCLEX results to CGFNS unless I have a license which I don't, since I don't have SSN.
What can I do?

Usually there is a form you complete and a fee to pay. Other states like CA it is done with no problems
Oh, never mind, I just called them again and finally got to a person who actually deals with NCLEX related issues, and we sorted it all out (I was sent an affidavit to claim I have no SSN)
Pheeeew.... For a moment I was thinking I was going to go take another NCLEX in another state... :)

For others that are reading this: All you need to do is send the License Verification form that comes with the Visa Screen Certificate application to the state where you wrote the exam for and they will complete the section that you passed the NCLEX exam. A license is not required, just exam passing. Many states will not issue a license without a SSN#.
