hello everyone!! Im a registered nurse here in the Philippines, and as you all probably know it is quite difficult to land a decent nursing job here. I will start my volunteer work next week and hopefully will gain experiences in special areas.
Anyway, I already took NCLEX-RN(US exam) and still waiting for the result. Realizing the ongoing retrogression in the US, I am also looking @ Canada where I could practice my profession.
It would be a big help to know the steps on becoming an RN in Canada. Infos such as where can i apply for CRNE? If Am i eligible in taking this exam? and the requirements?
Many thanks

Moving this to the International forum as per the red banner. There are already a couple of threads ongoing regarding moving to Canada plus many other threads.
Canada is a great place but weather goes from one extreme to another. You will need to research which province you want to live and work in then apply to that province. At some stage you will have to sit the Canadian RN exam CRNE and that is only held in Canada 3 times a year. It maybe possible to get temporary license which allows you to work in Canada whilst waiting to sit the exam but not a guarantee.
Suggest a search and read through the International and Canadian forum but we are trying to move threads from the Canadian forum to International if involves foreign nurses and working there

Realize too that your volunteer nursing won't count as experience anywhere.
