I work as an RN in a LTC my goal is to do Mds but I don't know how to get there. Is it just sucking up to the right people?

I let the DON/previous ADON know I was interested before it was even available because I knew she was going to get the other role. It seems like most people get experience in their facility. I would let the DON know you're interested. You could even get certified if you really wanted and/or study the RAI manual.
