Houston Nurse Residency Winter/Spring 2024

Hi everyone! I will be graduating with my BSN this semester and I'm applying for residencies in the Houston area. I already applied to Houston Methodist but wanted to hear about other programs that might be interesting. Best of luck!

Methodist: I received a Plastics OR offer Friday night. Not sure if other units are still sending or not. 

Was that for NICU for TCH? Bc I was told the same thing that either Monday or Tuesday and haven't heard of anyone getting an offer yet for NICU

I spoke with the requiter as well today her name was Tiffany and she said Wednesday she should have finally decisions. Maybe different units  are taking longer than others

Hmm I think it might be different per unit. Because I just had my interview on Wednesday, I know they still had a few more to get through & she said she wasn't sure when they'll reach out but on average it's usually a week. We'll see, fingers crossed!

It was for transplant unit. They texted me that said I will receive an offer email soon and then the email came within 10 minutes.
