Houston Nurse Residency Winter/Spring 2024

Hi everyone! I will be graduating with my BSN this semester and I'm applying for residencies in the Houston area. I already applied to Houston Methodist but wanted to hear about other programs that might be interesting. Best of luck!

I interviewed at Methodist pre-screen event for willowbrook. Haven't heard back.

Interviewed at memorial hermann cypress and was not extended offer.

I was called for a prescreen interview with md anderson and havent heard back after that. 

Havent heard from st. lukes or TCH

This is a bit exhausting LOL. Thought I was going to be an RN and jobs would be thrown at me.

No fr. I applied at ben taub and memorial hermann sugar land and got rejected.

haven't heard from St. Luke's or UTMB. 
this process is exhausting and discouraging.

How do you all know you were rejected for Memorial? Have yall received emails or? I interviewed Monday for TMC but havent heard back

I got a rejection email saying that my application was being sent to my second choice.

Stay encouraged guys. 

Might have to start in med surg then move after a year.

I lowkey cried too, glad we arent alone. I felt like my interviews went perfect too, so not sure why I wasnt selected.

I got a rejection email 2 hours after my interview at MH
