Houston Nurse Residency Summer 2022

Hey everyone! I saw that there was a residency thread for Spring but not for Summer 2022. I graduate in March 2022 and I believe a lot of the Summer cohorts begin in June/July. I plan to move to Houston once I've written my NCLEX! Where is everyone considering applying? I am looking at Houston Methodist, Memorial Hermann, MD Anderson Cancer Center and St Lukes. I would also prefer to be at hospitals specifically in the sugar land area so I hope when the time comes theyll have the units I want in certain locations. I would like to be in the PACU! Is there anyone else that wants to work in the PACU as well?

Congrats!! From what I read the trick always works!! Check to see if your license in on the BON! I don’t know how often it updates but mine was up the morning of the day I got my results!

It depends on how much experience you have. If I’m not mistaken it has to be less than 6 months of experience

Okay I’ve been using mark Klimek and u world as well too. What was your qbank score? Did u do the whole qbank? How was your self asssemment score?
