Starting a thread about Houston Nurse Residency programs that open this month/next to start in June/July!

Weird, I saved it as a draft so I guess I'll call Monday and see when it actually opens for Summer

Yeah. I’m going to call too. I applied for a clinical nurse residency position in December and I haven’t heard back yet.

Could you let me know what they say if you get in contact with them? I'll be in clinical all day but hoping I can call during my lunch break.

Did you get a confirmation email when you applied? I applied yesterday and I didn’t get any sort of email.

So I just spoke with HR. He said that they don’t post one application for the clinical nurse residency, each department post individually. I asked him about the clinical nurse residency position that I applied to in December, he said it’s still open and he’ll forward my application and information along to the nurse recruiter. Basically, we have to stay on the website often and keep checking because positions will post whenever.

Nope. I tried calling HR and it went to voicemail. Trying not to worry about it. I have everything lined up, just waiting on them.

Their summer application is not open yet ... the one the person mentioned above was a winter application that was still open but it has since closed
