I am willing to relocate after graduation, I will graduate with my associates and most likely finish my bsn online. Does anyone know of any hospitals that hire new grads (feel free to pm me) so atleast I know ahead of time where to start considering. Any information would be a world of help. Thank you so much!

These 3 take new grads into NICU and are ADN friendly-
Primary children's hospital
Intermountain medical center
Utah valley regional med. center
All in the state of Utah, and all take plenty of new grad RNs into their NICU's. The children's hospital is a level IV and the other two are level III. All the same parent company.

My name is Marcy and I live in Virginia. The hospital that I went to do my neonatal intensive care unit clinical at was Fairfax Hospital in Fairfax, VA which is about 25 minutes away from Washington, D.C. It is an Inova Corporation. I believe that they do hire new graduates. They also I believe offer fellowships as well in order to help you get into the swing of things as a new graduate and then get your more advanced training in as a new graduate. That is exciting that you are graduating. Also, Fair Oaks Hospital offers a lot of new graduates with hiring them and doing fellowship services for them and also just hiring them with specialties in mind when they are on the units. I believe that they could also do a preceptorship as well. That is wonderful that you want to help with the newborn babies. I liked those units when I was a student nurse. Good luck to you. Marcy

There are a lot of hospitals out there. You can google nurse residencies and you will come across many hospitals. Rush University Medical center hires new grads!

MultiCare Health System (in Washington state) has a new grad residency program, with a new cohort beginning several times a year (last time I checked). Multiple hospitals in western Washington and a wide variety of specialties. What specialty (or specialties) are you considering? Best of luck with your job search!
