Hi Stephanie. When I was looking to relocate from up here in Ohio to the beautiful Morehead / Beaufort area I checked out the website for Carteret General. They have a nice looking scholarship program you might want to check out: http://www.ccgh.org/scholarships/

Hopefully others can add to the list.
