i am looking for hospitals that pay for tuition if you agree to work for them after your done with nursing school. can someone lead me to a website or provide me with more information. That would be wonderful. Is there a name for this?

Balr4life the majority of hospitals pay tuition now days. It's generally in the form of reimbursement, and your final grade in the class usually must be a "C" or greater. So, you generally you have to come up with the first semester's costs on your own. Like I said tuition is generally a perk offered by most hospitals, so set your sites higher and look for some place that will cover books...as well. Books usually cost more than classes anyway. Now find the hospital you wish to work for then take it from there. Good luck on your path.

Look up the Nurse Reinvestment Act and the Nurse Education Loan Repayment Act. The US Health Resources and Services Administration has posted applications for Fiscal Year 2004 for both on its Web site. Some applications have closed and others will close soon. Also, check with your state nurses assoc - there may be some similar type of program available from your state government.
