I was looking for a few opinions in determining med coverage.Per CMS, hospice is responsible to cover meds that are related to the primary diagnosis. While researching this a little more I came across a few sources with case studies.1) Primary dx Lung Cancer, med lisinopril, they considered that related and covered by hospice2) Primary dx COPD, med bumex, they considered that related and covered by hospiceDo you agree or disagree with those meds being related to the primary dx and why?
