Hi, is anyone out there attending this school this fall or currently? I would like some insight on how well you like the school. I'm starting this fall! Can't wait :)

Congrats! I wanted to apply there also but from what I understood they didnt have a BSN program ): Other than that it seems like a nice place....fairly small. Ive visited there a couple times!

:) :)Please make sure that they are accredited. I thought they changed their name to fortis? Just check the OBN to make sure.

Some of those schools are for-profit. They also don't have full accreditation which means you may be NCLEX eligible, but your classes won't transfer for a RN-BSN or MSN program if you plan to pursue further education. It is also very expensive. I would pick COTC or CSCC over any that school any day, even if the wait is longer! The higher quality education and $79/credit hour is well worth it.

They just got a BSN program. And currently are going through the process to be accredited this fall. I am hoping to start in January! I have found Hondros to be the best school yet with no waiting list. I am just worried about the financial part of it. And they dont tell you what your aid will cover til after you take your test. Does anyone have any idea how they do payments or even if aid might cover it all? Thanks!

Fortis is the school across the street. Hondros is a great school, and if you put in the hard work you will do great! Take advantage of the tutoring, a lot of the teachers will stay after to help out. They have a BSN program now also!! Good luck to all of you!
