Hello I'm a fairly experienced nurse who is looking for a change, I have had 5 unsuccessful interviews recently.  I've been with my current company about 3 years and looking for a change as the company is having alot of issues.  I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but being turned down has really ruined my confidence.  Any advice, anyone else have this problem, 11 years of nursing experience counting my lpn.  Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Resume?  Reputation (nursing is a small world)? Interview skills?  Something not in your control such as the job was rescinded?

It might not be a bad idea to ask for feedback from the people who interviewed you. You are getting interviews, so it sounds like your resume is not the problem.
