Hiring Event at Covenant Health in Knoxville

Hey guys! I just heard an ad on the radio for a hiring event that Covenant Health in Knoxville is having next week, July 13 I think. It says that they are looking for nurses with at least 6 months of hospital nursing experience and an interest in critical care or emergency nursing. They also say something about giving benefits on the first day of employment if you have at least one year of critical care experience. You are supposed to go to their web site and submit an application, then call their nurse recruiter to set up an interview time - I didn't catch her number. I have heard the ad on B97.5 a couple of times now, so maybe you can catch it if you listen.

I work for a Covenant Health hospital, and I love it! Just thought I would share the info!

Do they hire LPNs there?

I am thinking of relocating to TN. I am interested in this facility. Can you tell me the wages for an RN with 5 yrs expereience.

They do hire LPNs.

I have about that much experience, but I really don't want to share my salary info. However, I can tell you that the cost of living in the Knoxvile area is great, even though you might find that the salaries are lower than other areas. You would not believe how much house you can get for $150K here compared to Nashville, Atlanta, etc..! There are lots of things to do here - Lakes, mountains, UT sports, etc.. It really is a great area. And Covenant Health is a great system to work for!:)

Please inform me of anymore in the area. I have put in for a cna recoprocity and I have applied @ MMC and Parkwest. I desire to attend a hiring event for Covenant Health. I need desperately to move back to the area because of family. :yeah:
