Is anyone else planning on applying for the Fall 2017 nursing program? I know it is really early, but I am just too excited. I want other people to share my excitement with!! :)
I took college algebra last semester online and passed with a B. It got easier for me towards the middle/end because I was able to dedicate more time to the class (3-4hrs 3-4days a week). The professor had very little to no contact with us and there was no way I could get to campus for help- even though I could've used it.
I haven't applied yet... I'm not sure what three cohorts I want to choose. I guess I'm afraid I'm going to make the wrong selection. Hopefully, I'll have it figured out by the end of the week.
Good luck in the class ladies!
Yes, I am currently taking it online. I don't know why I thought it would be a good idea to take a 12 week instead of a 16 week course. I think the first chapter was really really bad, but now we are doing slopes and I am kind of getting it. It has just been soo many years haha.
Jmcm, I hope you figured out our cohort thing! :)

Hey you guys! We are getting closer to the application deadline and I am excited for the nursing program to hurry up and start already I am taking my TEAS on March 23rd at the Southshore Campus. I am pretty anxious about that even though I have done great on my study guide practice tests. I have a question for anyone that might know. I am applying for the Southshore campus, but on the application it says "Southshore can be either morning or afternoon".. Well, for me it would be best to do morning, 9-12 because I will be trying to maintain my job from home. The hours for my job would be Monday-Friday from 1PM-10PM, so the morning hours would work perfectly. Do they randomly place us in morning or afternoon, or do they mean on certain days the classes will be morning and then on others it will be afternoon? It might be better to post this on the older boards, but I will try here first. Thanks in advanced!
Jmcm- I hope you hear back from them soon!
Jramlagan- Good Luck with your first exam! You will do very well!!
One question for you guys who applied. Did you need to resend your high school transcripts when applying to the nursing program, or was the one time (when you first applied to the college) good enough?
