Hi from MI/MN

Hello -- especially to all those who love nursing but struggled through becoming an RN

Well my name is Renee'. Right away i was wondering if anyone could help me. I know it sounds desperate but at this point i am. I passed nursing school in 2003 then went on to finish another BA degree so i didn't get around to NCLEX until the end of 2004. Yeah yeah yeah i can hear some of you why didn't i take it in the 6 months but life happens. Anyway I have taken NCLEX since then 3 times all unsuccessfully. I have done Kaplan, i'm doing Saunders now, I have studied by my self and with other, I have used videos, flash cards, computer programs and over multiple books, oh and audio tapes. None of which seems to stick. I can talk, it I understand it, I just can pass the test! Anyway I know this is some introduction but i am heart broken this is my calling i know and i will not give up. I plan on taking it again soon but i'm scared because my numbers on the practice exams (the total %) are still way below where they are suppose to be. Any suggestions, tips, prayers would be welcomed.

Sorry for this introduction it normally isn't my style--- heart broken in MI

(please while i know some of you mean well if you are going to tell me to give up please don't write -- you can not change what you were meant to be even if the road getting there is long and hard; thanks for understanding)

YOur introduction was great I am a second timer( and this will be the last time i take the nclex) and I am using suzanne's 6wk study plan take a look at the sticky mark 1st nclex tip this will help you get start. I read a thread on this site where one rn took here boards 7 time and she never gave up on the 7th time she pass and she used suzanne's tips. Her tip consist of using saunder comprehensive 3rd edition.

I wish you the bes, usually trials are put in our way to make us strong so have faith and know that jesus will provide a way, and usually its not that we don't know the answer we are just to nervous and it gets the best of us.

Thank you for the encouragement today is a really hard day for me. Where do you get this book?

Thanks God bless

You can get this book from any book store. No problem sometimes we are our worst critics
