hi i just have some questions i need answered. i have a 6 month old daughter and i don't have too much time to sit down and do an actual interview so if someone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated
1 how long have you been a neonatal nurse?
2 what is a job time line for a neonatal nurse?
3 what kind of schooling do you need?
4 what are pros && cons of this job
5 what is everything a neonatal nurse does/has to do?

13 what are your hours like? do they change a lot?

16 what about calling in sick or emergencies?
17 who and what will i be working with the most?
18 what do you do on a daily or weekly basis?
thank you so much. i just don't have a lot of time right now to go to a hospital and do this. this has helped me out so much.

wow, 18 questions? I'm really not being unsupportive, but I've done college with 3 young ones all at home. Many of us have been in your tough shoes.
These can have some long answers and you may have more questions to the responses... which is why a one on one interview was called for, or phone interview.
I'm sure you'll disagree, but I don't really believe I'll be helping in the end if I fill out your assignment answers in attempt to save you time. If you can make some time, maybe some nurses here will give out a number and do a phone interview and you can jot down the answers?
