Are you an RN? If so, you need a BSN and experience. If you have those, contact a healthcare recruiter. Officers commission, they don't enlist.

If you are an LPN, you would enlist, not commission. If so, contact an enlisted recruiter.

Just FYI, the Army is overstrength when it comes to nurses and the Army is actively cutting nurses via early separation boards.
