Hemorrhagic fever (dengue fever)

Im a 3rd year nursing student who was tasked to do a case study about this particular condition. Now my problem is that Im having a hard time making a pathophysiology diagram for dengue. Can anyone please guide or give me an idea about this difficulty of mine?

dengue is a tropic disease that one gets from a mosquito bite. there is a lot of information about it on the who (world health organization) web site (http://www.who.int/topics/en/). here are other links with information:
