Hello. I am new to this site and have been reading tirelessly through posts! Is it best to admit wrong doing before being accused?

It depends where on the timeline the situation sits. Has the alleged wrongdoing been discovered? Has an internal investigation commenced? Strongly suggest you take the advice of your attorney and stop talking about the situation anywhere, even on an anonymous website that is not so “anonymous “. And don’t volunteer information unless your attorney advises you to do so. We are not allowed to give legal advice on this site beyond urging you to seek legal advice from an attorney.
