Ok everyone I think I've fallin and can't get up. Almost done with Fall and I'm having nightmares and panic attacks about doing check offs and taking test. I had a really bad panic attack at school last week. I'm struggling to keep my grades up and now this is happening to me, what do I do?

You should see if your school has a mental health/therapy office that you can take advantage of. Sometimes you just need to let off some steam with a professional in order to handle the stress. There's no shame in that!
