Nurses General Nursing

Hello. I am a student at a high school, and it's about that time to start really making decisions as to what I want to accomplish when I graduate. I need some advice, at a young age I have always found interest in the nursing profession. I am looking to go into being a Labor & Delivery RN, regular RN, or Radiologist. I am still deciding on what would be best for me. I have to do a research paper about my career choice, does anyone here work in any of the professions listed above? Could you offer any advice as to where to get more information and maybe share some of the things you do on a regular basis? Any help will be greatly appreciated. :)

You can always visit your local hospital and interview staff in these areas. If you know someone in these areas it would be more helpful. If not, get in touch with the nursing office and see if they will hook you up with someone. You can also check with your local nursing schools.

If you are interested in going into healthcare, I would suggest volunteering in a patient care area to see if you really do like the environment.

Good luck on your project!
