Help!! retaking NCLEX after failing 5 years ago

Hello! I need some guidance. I took my hawaii NCLEX 5 years ago and failed. I haven’t tried retaking it since. But now I feel like I’m ready to try again. I graduated from the Philippines so my question is, Do I need to go through CGFNS and resubmit all my credentials or is there an easier way to get an ATT? CGFNS deleted all my files already. Thanks!
