Help did i pass the lpn exam?

I went today and took the LPN exam. When I got home about 45 Mins later I tryed the PVT I was brought to the CC page, paid the 200$ and now 4-5 hours later I have recieved a message that says

"This candiate currently has an open regertation at this time. No new reg. can be created at this time".

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

Im not sure what all that is , the PVT..Im not even in nursing school yet- I hear in February whether i have beeen accepted or not HOWEVER- I have been told by one of my girlfriends that took her test, that if after you take it- if you cant re register, than you passed. I have no idea what she is talking about- but maybe you would know. Hope all went well! :)

why did u pay after you had taken the exam? here we have to pay before we can even take the exam

That means you failed and when you paid again you re registered for the NCLEX. Of course you cannot re register as you did that when you went to the CC page.

why did u pay after you had taken the exam? here we have to pay before we can even take the exam

They paid before they took the exam and when they tried the "trick" to see if they passed it went to the credit card page ( statistically indicative of failure) and subsequently paid to retake the exam.
