Help with Online license renewal payment

So I just filled out the online application for license renewal on CAbreeze. Thing is, there was a page i failed to read properly which said something about credit card payments and that one would have to print and sign something and then send to BVNPT. Does anyone have an idea what this is? I'm guessing I need to print out the payment receipt, sign and send to them? I dont know. PLEASE HELP!!!!

I have renewed my licensure using CA Breeze twice and never printed/signed anything. I simply submitted my credit card information and received my license in the mail a couple of weeks later each time.
