hi and welcome

first thing is you have to go through NMC and get a PIN this may take a long time. I also believe that things have changed regarding nurses and immigration. Also there are lots of hospitals suffering financial difficulties and agency nursing has been hit. These may all be resolved by the time you get your PIN but not guaranteed

Good luck

NUrsing has been taken off the shortage list for immigration purposes. This means that the hospitals have to employ UK nurses first.Plus the adaptation courses are now few & far between & the waiting lists are massive - 7 they won't tell you that at the NMC, they'll just take your £180 (which I think is the currect fee) & issue you with your eligibility stuff. I really wouldn't recommend the UK at the moment.

Things will change because they really can't go on like this but I couldn't say when. In the meantime try Australia or New Zealand!
