Hey my I know I'm not allowed to share questions but I'll just paraphrase - blah blah the nurse understands blah blah her patient is at risk for hepatitis D if he does blah blah... I put the answer as hep B. Is this a below passing level question? This was question 265 out of 265, in awaiting my results... Freaking out. This is my first time posting here...

I don't think it's possible to know if its below or above passing level based on that information. I will say that I know people that have both passed and failed with 265 questions, so waiting for the results is the only way you will know. I passed with 75 questions and still felt super unsure of my answers. Good indicators of passing are select all that apply questions, specialty questions (OB, mental health.. etc). If you get a lot of anatomy questions and really fundamental questions it might indicate that you may need to study more. I found uWorld.com to be extremely helpful to study. Best of luck!

I also took my test a few days ago and had a lot of hepatitis questions. I think they gave me a lot of them because I kept getting them wrong. For some reason I couldn't remember anything about hepatitis. I also went to 265 and found out I failed 2 days ago. My last questions was about ectopic pregnancy which I know so much about. I wanted it to be over so I picked an answer and headed out! 5 hours of testing with no break, brutal!

Actually SATA, specialty questions can be at all levels of difficulty as well as anatomy can be at high levels. The number of SATA does not indicate passing or failing.
It is hard to tell from the information above whether that was a high level question or not. If you look on this board people pass and fail at all numbers of questions as well as answering the last question correctly or incorrectly.
Good luck!
