Help, I've Made a Major error

I wrote to excuse a child of my friend from school due to illness on my hospital's prescription pad. I signed my name as an RN. The hospital has suspended me, and investigating. Will I be in trouble with the board also??? I live in Arkansas. I have an otherwise clean work and ethical record!!!!!!!!! I know bad judgement.... 20/20.
