D5LR: 5% dextrose in Lactated Ringers. LR contains (info from Wikipedia, your actual mileage may vary): 130 mmol/L of Na; 109 mmol/L of Cl; 28 mmol/L of lactate; 4 mmol/L of K; and 1.5 mmol/L of Ca
D5.3NSS: I'm guessing it's 5% dextrose in 3% NaCl
D5IMB: that's a new one to me.

you will find the components of d5lr on this chart which you can open up and print out:
d5.3nss contains 5 grams of dextrose, 56 meq of sodium and 56 meq of chloride. its shorthand name would be "d51/3ns".
i do not know the exact components of d5imb. it came up in another post earlier this year and another member said it is commonly ordered as 5% dextrose multiple balance and maintenance.
