HELP!!! I took the wrong medication underdosage by accident for uti infection!

I need someone's advice please!

I am currently taking nitrofutrain for a uti infection (100 mg) and i accidentally read the medication instructions wrong and have only been taking 1 capsule once a day and it says twice a day :( i have other medication i take as well in the morning (one of them is lolostrein and valtrex-something for hpv1) and so when i got this new prescription, i forgot to take the extra one at night cause it was out of my morning routine :/ (im really big on routine because as you can see i forget easily, im a college student and when i get home i tend to just flop on my bed and sleep immediately)

Please help should i throw the pills away and ask for a new prescription or should i just take the extea one tonight? I started taking it Sunday and its Tuesday now. I looked it up and it says im not supposed to up the doses to make up for the missed doses so what should i do??

Call your doctor. It is against ToS to give this type of advice.
