How bout: Risk for decreased cardiac output related to surgical procedure.
Not sure if its exactly NANDA because I dont have my book with me at the moment, you might want to change the wording a bit.

Although these are not specific to the type of surgery or diagnosis maybe they will help.
Activity intolerance r/t pain, surgical procedure
Acute Pain r/t inflammation or injury in surgical area
Anxiety r/t change in health status, hospital environment
If you need any more please feel free to pm me.

As much as I wanted to help, I had the same thought above!
Really, you are doing a disservice (sp?) to yourself One very important thing about nursing is that you do not need to know everything, but you do need to know where to look for the answers. Take advantage of the references that you have available to you as a student and you will benefit greatly once you are on your own as an RN!
Best wishes!

Try opening your Carpenito reference. It is not appropriate to ask us to do your homework. We finished school.

With all the resources at your disposal, online and in the library and bookstores, you have no business asking people who already DID their homework to do YOURS for you, too.
Get a good care plan book like Doenges and get busy. You have to be able to research and think for yourself if you want to make it in professional nursing. Would you be asking your professors this question???? If not, then why US?
Good luck in school and in the future. I hope you can do ok...
