Help! I cannot contact CGFNS

Hello, everybody!

Recently, i write to CGFNS to ask something about my application of NY RN, but there are only auto-replies, no valid responses, it is not the same as before:(

i try to call them, but it is not easy to get through, always "invaild..." or "infinite loop auto-voice":arghh: Is it the problem of phone networks? i use skype, it is international calls for me.

Is there somebody has the same question?
