Help on CES requirements about diploma!!! >.<

Hello everyone I am in need of your helpful advice and expertise on the situation that I am going through right now.

You see this is my problem as all of us who comes here in States we ask our relatives to accomplish our requirements for us since they are in the Philippines. So what happened is that my aunt gave my CES documents (the papers needed to be filled out by the school) to her god child who was my professor in orthopedics who was also filing for her niece's CGFNS requirements. So moving along to my problem I heard from my cousin (the child of my aunt who i am referring to here)*since they haven't mailed it yet and coz my professor gave it back to my aunt once received and said that look it over before the school seals it up in the envelop they saw that the form where you request for your transcript and the documents to be sealed and the diploma checkboxes are supposed to be checked right?* that the diploma box wasn't checked so the only thing that they received was the transcript and the CES documents were sealed already but there was no diploma. Is that how it is? I filled up the request for academic transcript record and the validation of my license/diploma/certification for CES and that's all they gave to me.

So now the people in my school is saying that i can't get my diploma at all until the graduation day for the next nursing batch which is this March or April depending on the mood of the school, and at the same time they are also requesting me to file a special power of attorney just to get a diploma for them to send to CGFNS, I mean is that how it is? Why do i need to send a special power of attorney when the CGFNS (it says on the document) that they are requesting the diploma and not me? -.- And you guys all know that the payment for the evaluation for CES always has a deadline to pay.

I know that when you pay the deadline you get a one year wait to process everything right? So what should your advice be should i pay for the deadline now since i have a one year wait especially to get my stupid diploma?

Or is it possible i could scan my diploma to my cousin who will put it in their usb and send it to the school so that they could just print it out and have their special paper for the diploma get it sealed and then all the papers that they already sealed be placed into their envelops and then let the school mail it?

Please help me out... I really need advice on what to do..
