a simple question: Will leadership training provide aspiring nurse leader with tools to build a better health care system? why?

Simple Answer: Yes.
Why: Change doesn't occur without leadership. How do you lead if you don't have the skills?

My answer to the question is: It depends on the quality of the educational program and the quality of the student.
A bad educational program will not be of much help -- but a good one has the potential to help. However, even a good educational program can only go so far: the student has to work hard and have both the talent and drive to succeed for the education to have much of an effect.
The OP has currently posted 7 posts; some mention a desire to serve in the military, but all are basically variations of the same theme.
m2quez, I suggest you pick one thread to expand your question in & stick to that. Be sure to give details on what your background is, why your asking, etc....
