I just passed the NCLEX exam (California) last June 12, 2007. My IELTS will expired on January 2008. Where will I forward my IELTS result. What is the procedure for VISA screening certification?

you can apply for visa screen certificate at CGFNS website: www.cgfns.org. just browse there and read the procedure on how to apply. Goodluck.

May vary 3 to 4 months, maybe or longer depending how slow they will receive the TOR from school, license verification, Nclex and english exam result etc.:monkeydance:

depends on how long they get all the documentation, usually if everything is ok 4 months. You have to arrange your pass marks from language and NCLEX to be forwarded to ICHP from relevant boards but you can not send them yourself

hi! Im a newbie, and I just wanna ask about visa screening, is it the same with the CGNFS test, Im really confused, a friend told me that I can get this visa screening without taking the CGNFS??? hope you guys can help me out. thanks!!

i already passed the ielts and nclex (california). I want to start applying for visa screen certification.

Do i need to send a license verification form to california BON even I still have no license? Im a Filipino nurse. (no US SSN)

Yes you need CA to verify with ICHP that you have passed NCLEX, you alone can not do it, it must come straight from BON

VSC is nothing to do with CGFNS exam. To get VSC you must meet immigration criteria which is passing english exam, passing either CGFNS exam or NCLEX

How else is ICHP going to know that you passed the exam? Only the BON that you wrote the exam for can provide the information to them, and this is even if you had a license number issued to you.

You will need to include $60 US with the form when you send it to CA BRN for them to complete it and send it on for you.
