Hi there! Has anyone worked at their local health department in immunizations or std clinic? I have an offer from both areas and don't know which one to choose. Can anyone share their experiences working in these areas?

I work for my local Health Dept and help administer children immunizations is one of my responsibilities. You mainly work with all the children from infant to 18yrs old to give the required vaccinations per immunization schedule. For STD clinic, I am thinking it will relate to testing and providing treatment per provider orders, maybe providing education and also resources per provider. I'd ask more questions regarding your role to where you will work. Hope this helps
