HCC LVN good TEAS poor GPA

Like many others before me, I started my college career poorly. In the end I have a 2.4 gpa, but made an 85% overall on my TEAS. 92.9% on Reading and 96.7% on Math. I'm wondering if there have been others that have gotten in under similar conditions. Planning on getting my letters of recommendation from my manager at Methodist hospital, a CT tech, a doctor who was once my teacher. I applied for spring 2017, so I wont hear back until November.

On another note, how where interviews for those of you that were accepted?

You're GPA is low, but it is above the minimum, Good TEAS scores though. I recall other students being accepted with much lower TEAS scores, but they had 3.0 gpa's.
