Hi...I am a Med Surg nurse with two years experience who may be relocating to Oahu. Can anyone give me an idea of what kind of salary I might expect, as well as the job climate. I love my job, am passionate, and will take a step down, but I just want to know what's up. Thanks so much!

Is there a difference in pay between a ADN and a BSN in Hawaii? Between the hospital's and clinics? Any help would be appreciated!

There is no difference in pay for ADN or BSN, however Queens does not hire ADN degree nurses anymore. Any ADN nurses that worked at queens from before this hiring change were grandfathered in. All the other facilities hire ADNs still tho

Ok, thank you! I'm currently working on my BSN, so I was curious. With all the pay quotes I was reading I wasn't sure which degree they were quoting.I plan to move back to Hawaii with my family once I graduate.
