i am out for good with bedside nursing...(long story...back surgery, etc) i am 6 months postop from my microdiscectomy/laminactomy l4-l5 and i am ready to begin my new phase in my career. i have two job offers for pct instructor, one is in town, the other is 20 miles away. i feel drawn to the one 20 miles away. the close one is salary paid based on classes taught. the other one 20 miles away is a hourly pay. both schools are private for profit schools so that evens that part out! i just wanted to get some teaching experience so i can go to teaching lpn students. any advice? i have never been in this situation! also how do you let one job offer down without losing a future postion if needed?
