Has anyone taken HCR220 in Rio Salado or PVCC?

HCR220 - Introduction to Nursing and Health Care Systems

For Rio Salado, I found a syllabus here saying that there will be 8 quizzes, 8 essays, a midterm, and a final in 8 weeks! My anxiety went up just reading that.

1. Does anyone know if the exams will be proctored (where you have to take it in a rio salado building)?

2. Has anyone taken it in Paradise Valley Community College? Did it also require the many essays like in Rio?
